Commemorating The Priceless Gift
of Life
At the main road entrance to Teluk Intan town stands this giant
bould, a rock solid and everlasting memorial to those who gave their
lives in the defense of the nation during World War I.
The
text engraved on the monument reads: "At the going down of the
sun and in the morning we will remember them."
