To go to Hulu Perak
District, visitors can either take the bus, taxi or drive there on
their own. Access is via the East-West Highway from the east,
the Kuala Kangsar-Gerik Road from the south and through Baling and
Pengkalan Hulu from the north.

Coach Services
Available at Perhentian Pudu Raya in Kuala Lumpur, Medan Kidd Bus
Station in Ipoh and Sultan Abdul Halim Bus Terminal in Butterworth.
Taxis
Outstations taxis are usually available from the cities and bigger
towns. Small groups may charter a taxi and special
arrangements can be made with willing taxi drivers to tour the main
areas of interest within the district.

Services
Travel in comfort from Kuala Lumpur and Butterworth to Kuala Kangsar.
