Malaysia's first botanical wonderland
Built in 1880, it is the
oldest and certainly one of the most beautiful lake gardens in
Malaysia, it's situated in the vicinity of Bukit Larut and also
houses the Taiping Zoo.
A familiar sight is the drooping
branches of ancients raintrees that never fail to attract the
attention of every visitor to the garden.
Other facilities available at the
Gardens include a rest house, fishing,
and aqua-biking in the lake area. |
