Straddling an area
of 11 acres, the waterpark is the largest in the northern
region of Peninsular Malaysia.
It has eight facilities
and attractions, which include the Giant Wet Bubble, Wave Pool
and Water Speed Slides. More than a million visitors
have visited the waterpark since its opening in 1997.
The Giant Wet Bubble is the most popular attraction at the
waterpark and it is the first of its kind in South East
Asia. It is a Swedish-made inflated bubble for visitors
to climb, bounce, slip and slide.
The Giant Wave Pool
has simulated waves up to metre high. A 300-metre long
Lazy River cruise on floating tubes is also available for
adults as well as a specially designed one for children.
The Perak Mining Company (kiddies' area) is a unique
'obstacle' playground with big buckets of pouring water and
water jet-guns to spray. Three Giant Water Flume Rides
are provided where you can ride through a 'mid-station' pool
or race down the 100-metre slide directly to the bottom
pool.
The Bubbles Restaurant , located at the waterpark
serves the latest fast food and local favourite. |
